All of the vessels we offer are small expedition ships that have specially ice-strengthened hulls. Most of these former research ships provide comfortable, functional cabins and public spaces onboard, usually with a choice of upper and lower berth or all lower berth cabins, most with en-suite bathrooms. The exception to this is the new Prince Albert II which offers greater luxury while cruising the icy waters than ever before, operated by Silversea Cruises, with their trademark superb onboard service and superior spacious staterooms. In addition, the special expedition to see Emperor penguins is aboard an ice-breaker.
