San Juan offers something for almost everyone, from international beachfront hotels, casinos, nightclubs and designer fashion stores. Among the most recognisable landmarks in Puerto Rico is Old San Juan, a seven square block walled Spanish colonial city over 500 years old, reflected in the military fort of San Cristobal and perfectly preserved churches, squares and colonial houses.
