Honeymoons & Romance in Antarctica
The Antarctic Peninsula is the most pristine wilderness on earth - a continent mostly of ice that will astound you with its spectacular beauty and unforgettable wildlife. Just 600 miles south of Tierra del Fuego, a holiday to Antarctica is surely the ultimate destination for wildlife enthusiasts. Large rookeries of penguins rub shoulders with seal colonies whilst whales ply the icy offshore waters. Follow in the path of the great explorers of the past and marvel at the enormous icebergs, towering glaciers and shimmering austral summer light.
South American Experience at Western & Oriental offer the classic Antarctic Peninsula expedition and tours that venture further afield to the Peninsula, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands, either on small ex-scientific research vessels or on a new generation of small but luxurious Antarctic expedition ships, combining adventure with great comfort.
We also include two more unusual options, the Antarctica Air Cruise and the unique Emperor Penguin Safari.
