Boasting breathtaking views of the Italian Garden and the Florence Dome, these main villa rooms are slightly smaller than the De Luxe Rooms but it's all about the view when you stay in a Dome View Deluxe Room.

Junior Suites
The spacious Junior Suites are located in either the main villa or in the garden green house area. Each suite feature a separate living area, some of which are located on a impressive mezzanine floors accessible by a wooden staircase.

Green House Suites
These majestic suites are located in the greenhouses tucked away, below the Italian Gardens. Each suite features a wonderful and unique glass covered porch and have direct access to the villa's 12 acre park.

Ojetti Suite
The Ojetti Suite is located in the main tower and is the favourite for honeymooners. The suite features a magnificent lounge with a skylight ceiling, and a rooftop Jacuzzi with magnificent views of the Tuscan hills plus access to a private balcony.

This Renaissance Villa is a perfectly restored piece of history. Il Salviatino is nestled on the hillside of Fiesole just 10 minutes from the city centre and boasts one of Florence's most beautiful locations. Surrounded by an idyllic 12 acre park and magical forests, Il Salviatino's setting affords some of the most spectacular panoramic views of Fiesole's landscape and the city of Florence.
Dating back to medieval times in the 14th century, Il Salviatino is rich in history. The original owners Villa Il Salviatino, the Salviati family, remained the proprietors through the 16th and 17th century. The Villa has seen many restorative projects and the most recent owners have endeavoured to restore the villa retaining the original historic features, during this restoration many surprises were found including extraordinary frescoes hidden underneath a false ceiling.
Old mosaics, centuries old have been painstakingly restored by local artisans, impeccable pieces of art and furniture have been sourced from around the world by highly acclaimed Italian architect Luciano Colomobo.
Il Salviatino comprises 45 rooms and suites, all individually decorated and are spread amongst the main villa, garden or adjacent to the Spa Il Salviatino by Vranjes. Eating out can be expensive. In larger cities you tend to pay a lot more than smaller towns. On average you should reckon on at least €20 to €50 for a meal (two courses, dessert and house wine), although you can still find basic set lunch menus for €10 to €15.
Puglia

Sardinia
Sardinia - the heavenly island of idyllic white sandy beaches, warm turquoise waters and the perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday.
The best time to visit Italy is between April - June when the weather is warm but not stifling hot! Be aware of religious festivals and carnivals during this time especially around Easter.
Most Italians take their holidays during July & August when the weather is at its hottest in most places in Italy. This is when prices soar and when places will be at their busiest.
In the winter first snow normally falls around November however a freak snow fall in June is not uncommon.

Most destinations in Italy can be easily reached by train, bus or ferry services and are relatively cheap. For longer distances an internal flight maybe more cost effective.
Car hire will give you the most freedom, but be aware of petrol costs on motorways and finding parking in busy cities.
