Double Classic Room
These rooms either have a king bed, queen bed or twin beds. The rooms are furnished with walnut and cherry furniture and some have views of the cloister where the bar is whilst other have views of the trees.
Superior Room
These rooms are situated in the original part of the building and have views of the courtyard or the countryside. The rooms have a large marble bathroom, separate shower and great furnishings.
Double Deluxe Room
These rooms either offer views of Florence or the garden and park. They are equipped with touch control air conditioning and heating, video and fax/modem facilities. The bathrooms have marble double vanities, separate toilets and a walk-in shower.

Superior Junior Suite
The Superior Junior Suites are large and boast views over the Arno Valley. These rooms are perfect for those seeking privacy because of the tall hedges behind the furnished terrace and garden.
Deluxe Junior Suite
These suites enjoy views of the old monastery and the gardens. There is a private terrace which the suites opens out onto.
Executive Junior Suite (By the pool)
This suite has a terrace from where you can enjoy views over Florence and gardens. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower, separate toilet, bathtub and his and hers vanities.
Executive Junior Suite (The Conservatory)
This suite is set away from the main building and also has a terrace boasting views over Florence and gardens. It is extremely private and a great choice for honeymooners.
Donatello Suite
It is situated in a corner of the monastery and enjoys views over Florence, the Arno Valley, garden and the park. There is a separate sitting room, a large bedroom with king bed, breakfast table and armchairs.
Michelangelo Suite
This suite occupies the whole length of the façade of the Villa San Michele and at one point, was the monastery library. There is a king bed, open-plan sleeping and sitting areas, fireplace, separate shower and pool-like bathtub. This is the largest and also, most romantic choice of accommodation.
Limonaia Suite
This is the former orangery of the convent and located in a separate building. The suite boasts views over Florence and hills. There is a private garden with heated plunge pool and small waterfall. The Limonaia Suite can be connected to a second suite via a staircase and even a third, giving a villa feel- perfect for a larger gathering.
Poolside Restaurant - Located on the terrace above the gardens, this poolside restaurant serves lunch and light snacks as you take in the awe-inspiring views.
Opening hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm with light lunch served between 12:30pm - 3:30pm
The Loggia Restaurant - in the former monastery building, located Open-air arched terrace open during the warmer days and evening whilst lunch and dinner are served in the historic cloister and Cenacola during early spring and autumn. Loggia serves typical Tuscan cuisine that include red lentil soup with goose fillets, Turbot fillet in a rosemary flavoured potato crust or ravioli with aubergine and goats cheese filling.

The best time to visit Italy is between April - June when the weather is warm but not stifling hot! Be aware of religious festivals and carnivals during this time especially around Easter.

In the winter first snow normally falls around November however a freak snow fall in June is not uncommon.
