Family Accommodation Description

Set on a picturesque hillside on the intimate Grenadine Island of Mustique, Cotton House is surrounded by the Caribbean Sea to the west and Atlantic Ocean to the east. One of the most exclusive private islands in the world, Cotton House is Mustique's only full-service hotel.

The Cotton House hotel comprises 17 elegant rooms and suites, each beautifully furnished and featuring modern amenities including iPod docking stations and flat screen televisions. Step out of your room and relax on your private patio, terrace or wrap around veranda and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil views, a number of rooms feature their own private plunge pools.

Mustique is a real Caribbean gem and fit for a princess, in fact Princess Margaret built a house here. Small and exclusive, the island offers a true Caribbean haven, the island nine white sandy beaches can be easily reached by golf buggy. The nearest beach is a matter of metres away from the hotel and offers a range of non-motorised water sports, fishing, snorkelling plus a scuba diving centre.

Laze by the inifinity edge swimming pool at Cotton House, maybe challenge your partner to a game of tennis or enjoy one of a range of massages and body treatments at the Cotton House Spa. Other activities at Cotton House and on the Island of Mustique include a fitness centre, boating and fishing, a fitness trail and hiking plus horse back riding is available from the islands equestrian centre. On the beach itself of Cotton House is the 'Mustique Water Sports' where you can change or refresh your PADI and take one of the twice daily dive boat motors to one of the many dive sites.

The elegant Veranda Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner daily, whilst lunch is served al fresco at the water's edge Beach Cafe and Bar where you can enjoy freshly caught fish and lobster, fried seafood baskets, pizzas and grilled items. Private romantic dinners can be arranged in several locations on the resort, Cotton house can also arrange picnic baskets for you to take on a day sailing excursion or to one of the nine beaches on the island.

Annual Closure: Cotton House will be closed between 1 September - 25 October 2013 inclusive.

Veranda Restaurant- Open for breakfast and dinner, here you can enjoy a delightful menu with Caribbean influences

The Great Room Bar- In this relaxed, colonial setting, you can enjoy afternoon tea, a pre-dinner cocktail and an after dinner cigar and cognac. The weekly island cocktail party also takes place here!

Beach Cafe & Bar- Al fresco restaurant with a menu including lobster, fresh fish, baguettes, pizzas and grill dishes. Guests receive complimentary sorbets, towels and cold water at the beach cafe too and also from the pool bar!

Upgraded to a suite with a plunge pool, which was excellent, but would still have loved a cottage (if I hadn't seen the suite!). Very clean, good housekeeping with towels everywhere, staff polite and helpful - even if service was slow sometimes. Good food, limited choice but good size portions. Need to work on the detail to excel.

The three cottages at Cotton House are charming West Indian-styled individual accommodations with Atlantic Ocean garden views. Named after tropical fruits, Paw Paw, Guava and Mango Cottages feature king-size beds with decorative netting, spacious dressing rooms and bathrooms with elevated baths. Each room opens onto a large verandas which are furnished with lounge chairs and dining furniture.

Superior Rooms
The Superior Rooms look out to the Caribbean and features an elevated Bathtub providing bath-time sea and sunset views - an outdoor shower completes the bathroom experience. The bedroom is captured within a semi-circle wall of French doors which opens onto a furnished wrap-around veranda providing magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea.

Superior Suites
Superior Suites are first floor one bedroom suites with Garden / Atlantic view. All have private verandas with dining table and rattan sun loungers. The Suites have a living room with sofa bed so ideal for families – with maximum two children. A door separates the bedroom from the living room and the suites each have one main bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower. A powder room is located off the living room.

The Deluxe Rooms are all with views to the Caribbean and feature separate baths and showers surrounded by lush tropical plants. All rooms have French doors leading onto a private elegantly furnished veranda with dining table, rattan sun loungers and a personal plunge pool and pool deck. Stunning views of the sunset and views across to the other Grenadine Islands from these rooms and their decks.

Situated on the landscaped hills of the resort overlooking its grounds and gardens. These suites provide picturesque views of the island’s panoramic layout as well as views of the Atlantic or Caribbean. The upper floor of each suite features bedroom furnished with a king bed veiled in romantic voile netting, and a large private balcony perfect for in-room dining or private spa treatment. Spacious bathrooms are located both on the upper and lower floors of these suite, making them perfect for families. Located just outside the sitting room, which have one king sofa bed or two single day beds, is a terrace featuring a private plunge pool. Elegantly furnished with shade-umbrellas and lounge chairs, the private deck offers yet another ideal spot to enjoy an in-suite massage or a romantic dinner.

Situated on a hilltop with panoramic views encompassing the Island of Mustique, the Atlantic Ocean and the Resort gardens. This extremely private two-bedroom residence boasting its own large private swimming pool is a new addition to Cotton House. The residence has it own dedicated staff, which includes a butler to ensure every request is fulfilled beyond expectations. All the luxuries necessary for living lavishly have been thought of and each room has been designed to provide the ultimate experience for guests. One of the two bedrooms is set apart from the main living space allowing its occupants total privacy, but close enough not to feel excluded. Each bedroom is large and well appointed with king beds draped in billowy netting. The spacious bathrooms offer extra large soaking tubs, and one has a totally private outside shower, which overlooks the gardens and the Atlantic Ocean. The Cotton Hill Suite will be the finest accommodation at the resort.
