The resort features three swimming pools, including the infinity edge adult only pool situated by the Sunset Lounge with dramatic ocean views. Viceroy’s five restaurants and lounges offer both gourmet and casual dining with seasonally tailored menus. Coba, Viceroy's fine dining restaurant boasts limitless sea vistas alongside an inspired menu of local ingredients and Caribbean and Atlantic seafood prepared with a multi-Asian approach. All day dining is offered at Aleta, overlooking the sunrise pool on Meads Bay whilst bento boxes packed with sandwiches, ceviche or beach snacks are served from sunup to sundown at the Half Shell which is carved from the cliffs along Barnes Bay.
