Cambridge Beaches Hotel and Spa 

This hidden gem is situated on the west coast of Bermuda, on a flawless 30-acre peninsula with panoramic views of the water and beaches. Recently upgraded and modernised Cambridge Beaches resort & Spa offers 94 pastel-pink rooms and suites scattered around the grounds with a choice of ocean or garden views.

The Deluxe Premium rooms are particularly spacious with separate living rooms and the Cambridge Suite is beautifully appointed with panoramic ocean views. The two Cottage Suites both have spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Turtle Cove. Pegem, an historic, 300-year-old cottage overlooks Mangrove Bay with two bedrooms, living room with fireplace, sun deck, dining room, kitchen and two private gardens. The newest suites, North Rock, Sunset and Bay Grapes have inspiring Atlantic Ocean views with private infinity or plunge pools. In 2011-12, some of the guest cottages underwent refurbishment, new air-conditioning units were installed in some of the rooms and flat-screen televisions were added to all accommodations.

Resort activities include croquet, kayaking, tennis, and an outdoor multi-tiered infinity pool. Guests can visit the Experience Suites which are equipped with a storm shower, herbal sauna and steam and crystal mist room. The Sky Deck facility is secluded and offers a clothing optional facility and its very own misting machine. If you are feeling particularly active then head to the gym where there is a variety of modern equipment. Cambridge Beaches is also one of two hotels on Bermuda to offer an indoor swimming pool. In the day relax on Long Bay Beach which is lined with beach umbrellas, comfy lounge chairs and a small facility for non-motorized water sports.

Indulge in a variety of therapies and treatments at Cambridge Beaches Spa, a 10,000 square foot spa and fitness centre, including Aquarian Baths and the Ocean Spa with seven treatment rooms offering holistic therapies, marine wraps and a menu of treatments using Phytomer products, a pure marine based line from France, for you to enjoy. Yoga is offered four times a week and also special retreats take place at the Healing Cottage.

Devour the many dining options, including private island dining where a boat transports you to the island of TT where you will dine on the freshest of seafood while listening to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. At the Tamarisk Restaurant which was renovated in 2011, there is a romantic atmosphere and here guests can enjoy fine food made with the freshest ingredients. For a more casual atmosphere, dine at the al fresco restaurant Breezes on Long Bay Beach where there is a new seafood market concept in place at dinner.

The minimum age at Cambridge Beaches Resort and Spa is 16 years of age with the exception of 17 November 2012 - 08 January 2013 when the minimum age is 5.
