Cliffside Rooms
The Cliffside Rooms are situated below the terrace on the upper and lower levels along the cliff and have views of the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms are furnished with a king size bed (can be made into twins), a private balcony or patio and a seating area with a pull-out sofa.

Junior Suites
The Junior Suites are situated on the lower and upper levels along the cliff and have spacious balconies which boast clear views of the Atlantic ocean. The suites are furnished with a king size bed, a sumptuous bathroom with a soaking tub, a rainwater shower and a seating area.

Longtail Suite
The Longtail Suite is situated above the restaurant on the beach and offers an obstructed view of the ocean. The suite is furnished with a separate living room, a pull-out couch, a king size bed, a sumptuous bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a large patio and a flat-screen television.

Point Suites
The three Point Suites offer the most spectacular views in Bermuda and are positioned over the ocean. They are large (680 square feet) and are furnished with large rooms, a king size bed, a sitting room with a large balcony and a hot tub, a sumptuous bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a rainwater shower.

Condos
The Condos sleep up to six people making them ideal for a large family or group of friends. The condos are either two or three bedroom properties and have floor-to-ceiling windows in every bedroom and living area allowing you to take advantage of the breathtaking views. The condos are also furnished with equipped kitchens, spa-like bathrooms with rain showers and tubs, a washer and dryer, WI-FI, a flat screen televisions and a DVD player as well as, a private balcony with a whirlpool.

Southbreakers and Littlebreakers Cottages
This cottage is situated 350 yards from the main hotel and is on a hill above the tennis courts with a view of the South Shore and Lighthouse. It is a three bedroom, three bathroom property with a spacious living area, small dining area and a patio with hot tub. The bedrooms contain a king, queen and twin (can be a king) sized beds. The cottage connects with Little Breakers making a four bedroom property. In this cottage, there is a large bedroom with a king size bed, large bath, small living room and a patio with ocean views and a hot tub.

Sea Melody and Little Melody Cottages
This two bedroom cottage is situated 350 yards from the hotel in a garden area and contains two bedrooms, with a king size bed and two twin beds (can be made into a king). There is also a wet bar, large living room, outdoor hot tub and large porch with ocean and garden views. It connects to Little Melody forming a three bedroom property. Little Melody is located in a garden setting and is a large one bedroom property with a small living room. There is also an open patio with ocean views.
