Pangkor Laut Resort
A regular award winner, this highly acclaimed resort is located on the tropical private island of Pangkor Laut, just three miles off the west coast of the Malaysia peninsula.
Travel to the island is done by a four hour drive from Kuala Lumpur to Lumut, followed by a short 30 minute ferry transfer or a flight from Singapore to Ipoh and then transferred by land and ferry to Pangkor Laut cutting the transfer time down.
The main resort offers a total of 120 villa style rooms, all with air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The Hill Villas are perched dramatically at the top of the hill with superb views and located furthest away from the central facilities. The Garden Villas are set amongst the exotic tropical gardens while the Beach Villas are set closer to the beach. The Sea Villas are the most popular and are located on stilts over the water. There is also a selection of Spa Villas in the separate award-winning Spa Village. Please note that this resort is not suitable for those who are less mobile.
