Seventy-eight modern Studios are sited on the beachfront or overwater with a minimum living space of 180 sq ms each and 66 of these boasting a private plunge pool. Seven larger and more private Pavilions on the beach or overwater (or combine both in the Ocean Pavilions) all have a private pool. All feature the latest in entertainment with interactive TV system and iPads in every room plus complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the island. The most luxurious accommodation is featured in the Beach Residence with three bedrooms with personal Thakuru (butler) and the latest in high-tech comforts.
Niyama has a choice of six dining and drinking venues offer a variety of flavours and settings; from the all -day dining venue with glass wine cellar to Edge Restaurant - accessible only by boat and situated 500m off the island. A gourmet delicatessen, chic beach bar and Sub Six, the world's first underwater music club are all worth seeing and sampling. Private dining is offered in your Studio or Pavilion or in a range of settings for a special evening by arrangement and each room features your own popcorn machine, cocktail bar and Nespresso machine.
When it comes to leisure and activities, Niyama offers the famous LIME Spa as featured at Huvafen Fushi with 'his' and 'her' beaty salons, QUENCH Juice bar, Yoga and Spa gurus and spa treatments offered 24 hours a day - another first for the Maldives!
