Parrot Cay has two restaurants each with an imaginative menu. The Terrace specializes in a modern Mediterranean style of cuisine with a strong influence from Italy, whilst Lotus sits pool-side offering light dishes and local Caribbean inspired dishes for lunch and a tempting array of Asian specialties in the evening. Service is exceptional and never fails to impress. COMO Shambhala spa cuisine offers a variety of nutritious menu choices and freshly extracted spa juices, with an emphasis on easily digested raw ingredients.
After a day of relaxation guests may wish to visit the COMO Shambhala Retreat, recently voted best spa in the world by Conde Naste Traveler readers. Try a variety of exclusive treatments including Balinese, Shiatsu, Swedish or Tui’na massage carried out by hand picked therapists; or participate in the complimentary yoga and pilates classes overlooking the lagoon. The retreat features a fitness centre, Yoga and Pilates pavilions, nine individual treatment treatments rooms with Japanese baths, shower and changing rooms. COMO Shambhala Retreat also feature a Spa infinity swimming pool and sundeck.

COMO Shambhala Menu - A menu specialising in heathly cuisine including food rich in enzymes, vitamins, and minerals, raw food menu items and predominantly vegetarian selections are available from both restaurants or as room service.

Dining in Turks & Caicos is a casual affair, where you an sit and relax while you enjoy the delicious fresh food and admire the views from the beachside restaurants.
Continental dishes are available as well as traditional foods such as fresh locally caught lobster and conch salad.
Alcohol is freely available in bars, restaurants and hotels with a wide selection of imported beers, wines and spirits as well as traditional rum based punch and cocktails.
Scuba Dive or Snorkelling
The warm temperatures of the Caribbean Sea combined with the thriving aquatic sea life and colourful corals make Turks and Caicos an ideal place for a scuba diving or snorkelling experience. There are plenty of shipwrecks off the shores of the islands which make fascinating dive sites, often home to a whole host of sea life.
Whale Watching
From late January to April it has been known to see North Atlantic humpback whales. Why not take a boat trip and see if you’re lucky enough to spot one of these majestic creatures.

Most resorts offer a wide range of watersports including snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, boogie boarding, diving, fishing and canoeing.

The high tourist season in Turks & Caicos run from December through to April when most people escape from the cold British weather. Low season runs May through to November when decent weather can still be experienced but hurricanes and tropical storms may occur.
It’s illegal to be nude in public and you are required to wear a shirt while eating in a resturant.
Getting around the islands is fairly easy with taxis and car rentals available. You can also go island hopping by plane or boat.
