Botero - Steaks, Chops and modern cuisine is served at Botero's, overlooking Encore's sparkling pool. Dine indoors or al fresco by the pool at this AAA 4 Diamond Awarded restaurant (2011). Baby Beet Salads and Tasting Soups of Chestnut Duck and Broccoli-Cheddar Grilled Cheese, Shrimp and Chips, Nantucket bay Scallops and Shellfish Towers, Porthouse Steaks and Chateaubriand for two, Olive Oil Poached Swordfish and Brioche Crusted Colorado Rack of Lamb are just some of the itmes you might find on the menu at Botero's!!

Sinatra - Located in the Encore Tower Suites building and featuring a bar flanked by a pair of nine foot tall crystal beaded obelisks made in Sicily in the 1920's, Sinatra's serves classic Italian dishes with the emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Enjoy Italian favourites such as Pennette, an Italian sausage Ragu, Lasagne Bolognese or other dishes that include Maine Lobster Risotto and Braised Veal Ossobuco.

Switch Steak - French inspired seafood and post modern steakhouse. Switch Steak is located in the main atrium in sumptuous surroundings, private dining is available in the wine room. Try a signature Seafood Tower, Lobster Tails or Alaskan King Crab, chilled and dressed with a spicy cocktail sauce and red wine mignonette or grilled and finished with herbs and a 28 day house cured lemon oil. Share a Cheese Fondue or Switch Seafood Pot Pie. Entrees may include Wild Alaskan Halibut or Popcorn Dusted Sea Scallops, Veal Chops or Chicken Duo of Herb Marinated Breast and Chicken Ravioli.

Society Cafe Encore - Las Vegas' newest hotspot, Society Cafe Encore serves wildly imaginative American dishes and late nite bites throughout the week. Items on teh menu include Steamed Edamame and Charred Shishito Peppers, American Kobe Burgers and Crispy Black Bass.

Wazuzu - Innovative pan-Asian cuisine, this dramatic cafe showcases dishes from China, Japan, India, Singapore and Thailand. Sample Wazuzu's Sushi, items include Hamachi Chili Yellowtail Sashimi and Yuzu Caviar or Salmon Tar Tar. A great way to see part of the Grand Canyon West Rim on a budget. This early morning tour takes in aerial views of Hoover Dam and the west rim of The Grand Canyon. The flight is approximately 1 hour and departs prior to 7am.

A must of any visit to Las Vegas is a helicopter flight to the incredible Grand Canyon. You will be collected from your hotel by coach and transferred to the Las Vegas Heliport. Once you are in the air marvel at The Hoover Dam and take in the breathtaking views of The Grand Canyon from above. Land 4000 ft below the rim of Grand Canyon and stop for a light lunch before flying back to Las Vegas.

The Statue of Liberty is undergoing renovations, so for the best view, take the free Staten Island ferry from Battery Park at the southern tip of Manhattan, and you’ll get great photo opportunities and a good view of the statue! Avoid the long queues at the empire state building, and try the Chrysler building instead, no queues, and a much better view which has less obstructions. A rowboat is a lovely way to spend an afternoon in beautiful Central Park, and you simply cannot walk around it without thinking of numerous movies you’ve seen, New York is literally a living, breathing film set. Be brave and cross the bridge into Brooklyn, it’s a lovely walk and Brooklyn is now an exclusive area to live. There are some of the famous Brownstones to see, and it has a very bohemian and village-like atmosphere.For shopping, designer and luxury goods can all be found on and around 5th Avenue, which runs from Central Park southwards, and for more unusual gift and bargain hunting, Chinatown is excellent. Canal Street is the best place to start, walking east. o trip to New York would be complete without a visit to Bloomingdales or Macy's.
The meatpacking district and Chelsea are the places so see and be seen, with some of New York’s finest Michelin star restaurants, cosy bars and boutiques, and great café’s perfect for people watching. Also, try sipping a cocktail at the Skybar – located at Marriott on 42nd street – New York’s only revolving Restaurant.
