Banyan Tree Ungasan Description

Perched 70 metres above sea level on the cliffs of Bali’s southernmost peninsula and just 30 minutes away from the airport, the Banyan Tree Ungasan is located near the sacred site of Pura Luhur Uluwatu Temple. Each of the 73 one, two and three bedroom villas comes fully equipped with LCD TVs, BOSE stereo system, and is a private retreat set in its own landscaped garden and designed to make the most of the resort’s magnificent vistas. Other amenities including marble bathrooms with sunken bath, a Balinese style outdoor shower, private infinity pool, outdoor jet pool, and a Balinese balé invite guests to laze in the lap of luxury. Carefully selected furnishings combine the very best of international design with Balinese ambiance.

 

Please note - Soft refurbishment to some villas will be carried out at the resort between August and November 2010.  The sort refurbishment will include installation of air conditioning units, painting works and installation of telephone lines.  There is also some government third party works being carried out adjacent to the Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant, approximately 50 meters away and separated by the hotels beach access.  Some noise levels are expected along the east side of the resort whilst works are carried out during the day, however the hotel will ensure that all guests are allocated in villas on the west side of the property (availability allowing) where there will not be any noise disturbance.  Third Party Works will be carried out daily between 9am and 5pm and are expected to be completed by October 2010.  For more information, please feel free to contact our reservations department.
