To me, there is nothing better in the world than being on a spectacular beach, watching the crystal clear waters stretching out ahead of me. And if I happen to have a cool glass of bubbly in my hand then all the better!

 

I have spent nine wonderful years in the travel industry and have been lucky enough to visit some amazing places, including Trinidad, Tobago, Bahamas, Jamaica & Cuba. I have enjoyed beach hopping along the west coast of Thailand and more recently I have travelled to the Maldives, Mauritius and South Africa.  As well as these trips I have lived and worked in America, Australia, France and Greece.

 

My ultimate holiday destination would have to be the Maldives; I spent twelve days there and would have happily spent another twelve. For me, The Maldives is total self indulgence; no news, no phone, no traffic, no pollution, just peace, tranquillity and relaxation with your loved ones. From the moment you spot your first sun kissed atoll from the sky as you fly in, the magic begins. On arrival you are met by a big Maldivian smile and whisked effortlessly to your resort to enjoy their wonderful hospitality. You can experience unforgettable reefs, fauna and flora, white powder sands and warm turquoise waters… Pure luxury.
