Beach Holidays in Europe/Mediterranean
European and Mediterranean beaches are some of the most adored in the world. Fabulous sunshine, beautiful sand, and deep blue seas make travellers swoon as they arrive in the region. From the Spanish island of Lanzarote to stretches of land in Greece and Turkey, you will gleam in all the region's warmth and beauty.

Jackie FillisTenerife is a fantastic year round destination and with temperatures ranging from 21°C and upwards, you can't go wrong. Costa Adeje, is located on the south side of the island, where many holidaymakers head straight for the beach.
Puerto Colon Marina is also a great spot for water sports or to take a boat trip for some whale and dolphin watching, a perfect option for families! Food in this area is aplenty, with local restaurants and cafés as well as fine dining available, all offering a wide selection of Mediterranean and international cuisine.
For families looking for some summer fun, I would highly recommend heading to Sian water park to cool off, an Asian themed water park where children can enjoy the rides & integrate with various animals.

Natalie FowlerI would highly recommend staying in the Club Rooms at La Manga Club, Costa Calida. If you are lucky enough you may bump into ex Formula One driver Nigel Mansell like I did! As he is a regular guest and golfer at the hotel.
I enjoyed eating at the Amapola Restaurant, here they served the regional favourite; vegetable paella and it was yummy! If you enjoy live music, then spend your post dinner time at the Piano Bar, where there’s a handsome guy singing both Spanish and international songs whilst you relax with a cocktail in this chic setting.

St Julian and Valetta are definitely not to be missed during your visit to Malta. With an excellent choice of restaurants along the Marina’s edge in Valetta, you can’t go wrong. Why not hire a guide for the morning to show you around the historical town. At the Westin Dragonara you can relax at pool and private beach lidos.

I took my family to the Algarve, Portugal and had a fantastic time. We stayed at the Pine Cliffs Residence, the rooms were adequately spacious, facilities were fantastic - the kids loved the outdoor play area and the spent many mornings splashing around the kids pool. Plus the beach offers a great range of sports and was plenty of space for everyone.

Chia Laguna Resort, in Sardinia, features a stunning beach with fine sand and turquoise sea you'll feel as if you're in the Caribbean. The Resort has a train the takes you down to the beach, which is sure to be a highlight for the kids, and is only a 5 minute ride.

Can’t stop raving about the Gloria Golf Resort in Belek, Turkey, a fantastic choice for some self-indulgence. The kids' club and spa facilities in particular are phenomenal, and the food is to die for.
