Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1 - San Juan

Pick up your car and drive to La Concha Hotel in Condado. Enjoy the resort facilities and surrounding area, you are located in the heart of Condado and in a beach front property. In the evening, indulge in a nice dinner, you aren in walking distance to an array of Fine dining Restaurants. You may choose from Asian Fusion to International Cuisine, and of course Puerto Rico's famous local dish Mofongo! Afterwards, you may try your luck at the casino.

Day 2

Day 2 - Sightseeing In Old San Juan

Drive to the Old San Juan, park and enjoy the walkable city or ride a bike. More than 500 years of history lies in the cobblestone streets. Enjoy the Fortress built the by the Spaniards, the colonial architecture, the cozy café’s, jewelry & craft stores, churches and art galleries. Don’t forget to try a local treat, such as piragua (snow cone), or limber, local ice cream. Be mesmerized by the views & take as many pictures as you want! You may also take a ferry to the town of Cataño, and visit Bacardi Rum Distillery.

Day 3

Day 3 - Camuy Caves and Rincon

Drive 1.5 hours on Highway 22 towards the town of Camuy and start your day with a visit to Rio Camuy Caves Park, which holds the third largest subterranean river in the world. Ride a trolley that descends into a sinkhole, and then walk through a huge cavern and view stalagmites & stalactites up-close. Then drive to the Arecibo Observatory, the largest radio-telescope in the world administered by Cornell University. Make a stop at Prime Outlets in Barceloneta for a quick Puerto Rican lunch at the Food Court and a shopping spree! Continue driving on Route 2 while enjoying the north coastal view until to reach the town Rincón and check in at Rincón Beach Resort.

Day 4

Day 4 - Rincon

Rincón is a small town famous for its beaches, water sports & lighthouse. It is where locals go to unwind.Eat, drink, and enjoy the climate, locals & scenery. Swim, dive, fish, snorkel,surf, body-board, sail, hike, ride and just have fun! In the afternoon, reserve time to sit at the beach and enjoy the stunning sunset!

Day 5

Day 5 - Ponce

When you arrive in Ponce walk or board the trolley and enjoy a view of the city, where you will find The Cathedral, the famous Firehouse in the Main Square and other sites in town, such as Serrallés Castle,El Vigia Cross (observation tower), Japanese Garden. You may enjoy lunch at Chef Creations or Lola’s. Don’t forget to enjoy a tasty local ice cream. In the afternoon or morning, you may drive to the Ponce Museum of Art or the Tibes Indigenous Ceremonial Center.

Day 6

Day 6 - Ponce

Drive to La Guancha, the Fishing Village and take a ferry boat to Caja de Muerto (Coffin Island), where you will explore virgin waters and sandy beaches. You will enjoy an inhabited island, we suggest you pack towels, sunscreen, and lunch. Stop at a local bakery and order some sandwiches to go! Then enjoy picnic at the beach! Snorkeling gear is provided by the boat.

Day 7

Day 7 - El Yunque Rain Forest and San Juan

Drive from Ponce to the Forest with a few stops along the way. The first stop is at Coamo Thermal Baths, Puerto Rico’s only Thermal Springs. Take a dip, relax in the healing waters and enjoy the view. Continue driving and detour at Route 184, for a lunch stop. Experience country side culture & sample local roasted pork at Guavate, a zone famous for the “lechoneras”. Continue on Route 30 towards the EAST. Enjoy mountains, then coastline towns until you reach Route 191 and arrive at El Yunque Rain Forest, the only Tropical Forest within the US System with more than 240 species of flora & fauna. Walk a low impact trail or hike to La Mina, a natural pool. Head back to San Juan and rest.
